WEDDING PHOTOS
I will take your formal wedding portraits. My Scheduling Manager
and I will meet with you to discuss what photos YOU want me to take. I have some suggestions but it is your event and
you decide what photos to take. My Scheduling Manager will then develop a schedule for the day to ensure that all the
photos you want will be taken. Your approval of the schedule is very important to us. We do not feel that we should
be telling you or asking you on your special day what photos you want taken.
Photos of the wedding ceremony are taken with a Telephoto Lens from
a discrete distance without a flash. This will ensure that the people and you are not distracted by my recording your
special day.
I will look for other photo opportunities that will be a reminder for you of your special day.
My contract will include the provision that I will attend the reception,
if you want me to, and take those special photos and candid shots. You will know when we plan to leave and my Scheduling
Manager will go over our day with you before the wedding so you can plan. With your permission we will meet with the
Band or DJ to let them know what photos you want taken and to plan their music accordingly.
Every wedding reception has those special moments where either you or
your guests will be enjoying themselves and will want to look back later and remember the day.
Many of the shots I take would not be printed by other photographers
because of the price. My package offers you several options for obtaining your pictures. Your photos will be given
to you on a CD or DVD for you to preserve and enjoy for years to come. I will also put the photos into an On Line Photo
Album that you can share with others and they can order the prints they want. The On Line Photo Service will also allow
you to make a DVD with music to showcase your wedding. You can make a small hard cover book of your wedding to share
with people.
